Al Forno – Eggs baked in Neapolitan tomato sauce with grana padano. Served with toasted focaccia.
Uova Alla Diavola. – Devilled baked eggs in Neapolitain tomato sauce, grilled with fiery nduja salame & grana padano. Served with toasted focaccia.
Uova Strapazzate – Free range scrambled egg on fresh sourdough. Add truffle oil, pancetta or smoked salmon.
Waffle Con Pancetta e Uovo – Stuzzi-Made Belgian waffle with imported smoked pancetta, free range egg & Yorkshire honey.
Waffle Con Pollo Fritto – Stuzzi-Made Belgian waffle with buttermilk fried chicken, free range egg & Yorkshire honey.
Aringa Affumicata – Smoked craster kipper on toasted sourdough with a free range egg & nduja burnt butter.
SANDWICHES
