Sundays at Stuzzi just got an upgrade. 

We're giving our beloved Sunday roasts a well deserved summer break and turning up the heat with something fresh. Say hello to a seasonal selection of beautiful dishes designed to make your weekends extra special. Summer classics that are perfect for a long, lazy Sunday lunch. We'll also have a blackboard featuring larger sharing steaks and fish from local Yorkshire suppliers.

STUZZICHINI (stut-zee-kee-nee)

Burnt aubergine arancino  “alla Norma”  (traditional Sicilian sauce made with tomato, aubergine, garlic and basil), filled with ricotta salata butter  

Burrata, white balsamic roasted peach, canteloupe, smoked almonds, bitter leaf, tarragon dressing

Pork carpaccio, smoked beetroot, hazelnut, caper, pink peppercorn dressing                       

Spiced Sicilian chickpeas, summer herb marinaded courgettes, charred red onion, pickled golden sultana, goats curd        

SECONDI

Stuzzi made lasagne layered with beef shin and 'nduja ragu and pecorino béchamel
Caprese lasagne layered with fresh Isle of Wight tomato, mozzarella and fresh basil 
Seared onglet steak served pink, crispy polenta, roast Isle of Wight tomato, caper and ‘nduja sauce

 

Char-grilled spatchcock Poussin, oregano, lemon, garlic and black pepper glaze, crispy polenta, caper aïoli 

BBQ King Oyster, vegan ‘nduja and apricot glaze, Piedmont hazelnut, crispy polenta, heritage tomato and basil salsa  

Handmade Saffron Fazzoletti with poached lobster and home made black pudding a langoustine bisque. Finished with pickled cauliflower, lovage and curry oil
