Sunday Roasts
All roasts served with a Yorkshire pudding, roasted honey & thyme carrots & parsnips, buttered seasonal greens and roast potatoes.
North Yorkshire Beef Sirloin
Medium rare roast sirloin of beef served with a slow braised beef sin & 'nduka bon bon, and a rich red wine & bone marrow gravy.
Roman Style Roasted Porchetta
Sage and lemon rolled pork belly, cracking, crispy pork and mortadella stuffing. Served witha rich red wine and pork gravy.
Melanzane
Roasted aubergine filled with mixed seeds, golden sultanas & herb stuffing, red wine & herb jus.
Stuzzichini
We offer a selection of Stuzzichini alongside our Roasts on Sundays at our Harrogate and Leeds locations.
Arancino
Traditional Sicilian street food - deep fried tomato basil and chilli risotto ball, with a melting centre of Grana Padano and lemon butter.
Zucchini
Raw marinated yellow and green courgette, pickled red onion, roasted black olive, spiced tomato gel and crispy seeds.
Stracciatella
Imported Neapolitan Straciatella served with grilled cantaloupe, chicory and a fermented melon, chilli and mint dressing. Finished with Sicilian pistachio.
Prosciutto San Daniele
Finely sliced 24 month aged cured pork leg from Friuli, North-Eastern Italy.
Served with house pickles and Pane Carasau.
Lasagne Fritti
Spinach, pea and Scarmoza lasagne bound with a rich bechamel. Breaded and deep fried, served with a spiced date and San Marzano ketchup.
Sardina
Chargrilled Cornish sardines, salsa verde and pickled red chilli.
Triangoli
Stuzzi made Triangoli filled with confit garlic and Taleggio, served in a truffled wild mushroom sauce. Finished with Grana Padano.
Bistecca
Seared Onglet steak, served pink, with creamed polenta and a caper chilli and friarelli salsa.
Rigatoni
Stuzzi made Rigatoni tossed with Green beans, confit onion and new potatoes “Al pesto Genovese”, a classic basil and rocket pesto with pumpkin seed, lemon and garlic. Finished with Grana Padano and salted pumpkin seeds.
Radiatore
Stuzzi made Radiatore tossed with 12 hour braised Beef shin & ‘Nduja, in a rich red wine and San Marzano ragu. Finished with Grana Padano and Taleggio custard.
